Feneris Video Downloader is a program to download FLV video files from Youtube web site.
The application can directly download any selected video at the Youtube web site. The user opens the Youtube site and selects the video (s)he wants to download. Then runs Feneris Video Downloader, which displays the URL for the selected video at the upper input box.
Videos from Youtube always come as Flash Video (FLV) format, and the Feneris Downloader user can download the video file as it is (FLV) or select for a 'ReCode' operation, right after the download is through, to obtain AVI, MPG, MOV, WMV video formats, or Ipod, Iphone, PSP video formats, Cell Phone video, XVid formats, etc. Also, the incoming video can be appended to a previously existing video file.
Once the target directory is set, user press 'Go' and the download process starts.
Another interesting program feature is the capability of converting video files to different formats: DivX, AVI,MOV,GIF,MP3.MPEG,XviD, and more.
Same way as downloading, user can select a downloaded video file browsing into the 'Video File' section and select the one to be converted.
Then the user chooses the output video/audio format at the 'ReCode' section and presses 'Go' to obtain the video converted to the new format at the target directory. |
